Kitting and Assembly, commonly used to describe the same process, defines the requirements to group several individual items or components together to complete a finished product or kit, which can then be supplied as a single unit. This process is common for promtional kits including posters, leaflets, banners etc, repacking of individual products into assorted packs, magazine subscription handling and fulfilment, print and mail sorting and distribution, display stand assembly and distribution and many other projects.
