Exalt Kitting and Assembly is the new dedicated Kitting, Assembly and Fulfilment division of Exalt Group.

Through the extensive experience gained on various assembly projects with some of Australias leading iconic brands, Exalt Group has recognised the need to provide dedicated services to marketing, promotions and large corporate businesses, or even smaller bespoke solutions to smaller business, single projects and many other applications.

Traditionally Kitting has been a service part of a Fulfilment solution for warehouse customers. The Kitting and Assembly division now offers customers a wide range of options to either incorporate kitting and assembly services in conjunction with a Warehouse or Freight solution, or utilise the services as a standalone solution.

The in-house Kitting and Assembly division provides a wide range of fast turnaround, low cost products and services always delivering the highest levels of service and accuracy.

Assembly and Kitting projects can range from simple 1 or 2 parts products being physically packed or grouped together, through to complex multi item kits, which may comprise of tens to hundreds of individual components.

Commonly provided services to customers include promotional kits, including posters, leaflets, banners etc, repacking of individual products into assorted packs, magazine subscription handling and fulfilment, print and mail sorting and distribution, display stand assembly and distribution and many other projects.

Customers can also opt to combine a kitting and assembly with a warehousing solution or customised freight solution. The first one is delivered though Exalts own internal warehousing division (Exalt Fulfilment), delivering further cost benefits to customers.

The second division, EFS, can deliver freight services including: National distribution of express cartons, express and general pallets, overnight satchels, local low cost fixed rate cartons, local point to point courier, full and part loads and all international services.
