• Selection and contact of respondants
• Marketting of the tender
• Follow up responses
• Analyse responses using analysis modelling
• Assistance in initial preselection
• Cost modelling
• Negotiation
• Evaluation, including site visits
• Final Selection
• Implementation where required

To be included in a Tender your business must be able to supply information to exalt in a timely and clearly presentable manner. Comparison modelling and cost modelling technologies are used to evaluate and select a final provider, it is therefore crucial that a presentation of response to Exalt is formatted around the solution and not just showcasing your business.

As Exalt 4th Party solutions operate three seperate business units one of the teams can help your company compile a response to an Exalt tender without any conflicts of interest. Alternatively for non-Exalt Tenders the Professional Service division can work with your business to format a response to maximise your success rates to any tender, or provider training to your staff to carry this process out alone.
